Farm-to-table We are the only restaurant in Vietnam that offers farm-to-table dining. It allows us to be sure of quality of all ingredients on each step from buying seeds to harvesting. Seafood just from fishing nets It's hardly a few hours between its capture and release on your plate. Lobsters, octopus, mussels, molluscs, shrimps and much much more. No flavor enhancers It's no secret that Asian food does not have any sence without flavor enhancers. We believe that perfect taste could be achieved another way. We need just to add a drop of love and first-class olive oil.

Check-out date:	Until 12:00 or sooner Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 60 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 1 child(ren) under 7 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Child (age of 8 - 14) will be charged US$ 40/child for an extra breakfast. ?>

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
