Choose from a menu of delicious body treatments, heavenly massages and skin enhancing facials, as well as beauty treats and special spa packages. Revive in our steam baths and outdoor showers, or the Japanese dry sand and salt sauna. Then ease out of spa time gently. Sip a healthy beverage in a pretty pond garden, and leave feeling fully refreshed. If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, we’ll gladly arrange a private consultation with the Spa Manager, who will recommend the perfect therapies. The spa is open from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Check-out date:	Until 12:00 or sooner Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 46 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 31-45 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 30 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 1 child(ren) under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Child (age of 6 - 11) will be charged US$ 28/child for an extra breakfast. ?>

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
